The most delicious and festive eggnog marshmallow fluff dip made with cream cheese, nutmeg, and a hint of rum flavor...or REAL rum if you're adventurous! Great for dipping graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or ginger snaps.
Combine softened cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, eggnog, vanilla bean paste, powdered sugar and half the nutmeg in your stand mixer bowl and beat with paddle attachment on medium-high until fluffy. Add rum flavor (or rum-I like Spiced Rum). Mix again until incorporated. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate at least several hours (overnight for best results!!)
After dip has set, transfer to your most festive serving dish and sprinkle the top with the remaining nutmeg. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, ginger snaps or your favorite cookies.
