She's got class...she's got sass!
Nicole has been baking since she was tall enough to reach the countertop. Making something sweet almost every day after school, she soon found herself creating cakes and desserts for family and friends.
After hearing, "You should do this as a business!" and "I think you missed your calling" many times over, she finally decided to pursue her dream of baking as a full-time career in 2019 leaving her former career in Public Accounting.
Her favorite designs are the crazy over-the-top cakes that make your guests do a double-take! From food realism and sculpted creations to simple and elegant styles, Nicole can do it all!
When she's not covered in powdered sugar in her home-based Arvada, Colorado studio, she's creating educational content and coaching other bakers as the Owner/Lead Instructor of Cake Business School, LLC.
Nicole is also passionate about inspiring and mentoring youth from local middle schools, high schools, and community colleges. See below for work-based learning opportunities offered by Nicole!
